The UCSD Hillcrest EP Lab project entailed a transformative remodel on its 2nd floor, where the conventional Cath Lab room 2-313 was meticulously converted into an advanced Electrophysiology (EP) diagnostic and therapeutic lab. We provided all of the electrical installations for this project, which involved the comprehensive installation of floor-mounted imaging equipment, ceiling booms for monitors, EP equipment, and anesthesia gases. The scope of work extended to the expansion of the existing control room 2-311B, the installation of new imaging support equipment in room 2-313A, and the conversion of the soiled utility room 2-311 into a vestibule for control rooms. Additional modifications included the revamping of the clean utility room 2-318 and the transformation of the former film processing room 2-136 into a new soiled utility room.
