At the heart of the scenic Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve Park, this multi-faceted project reached into the fabric of the community itself. Encompassing both building and sitework at the Lake 5 building complex, the scope was broad and diverse: renovations and a kitchen addition to the General Store, a completely new administration building, and facade and roofing improvements to the existing Teen Center.

We played a crucial role in this expansive endeavor. Our electrical expertise shined in multiple aspects: We meticulously remodeled the electrical distribution within the General Store’s new interior layout, featuring new offices, registration/sales counters, storage spaces, and restroom. The new kitchen and equipment room additions were also furnished with state-of-the-art electrical systems. For the ground-up Administration Building, we installed a robust electrical room that powered everything from offices to conference rooms and locker areas. Our team also was responsible for illuminating the new parking layout, walkways, and the semi-covered dining deck extending over Lake 4, further enriching the site’s aesthetic and functional appeal.
