This project involved the complete modernization of this three-story, approximately 29,604 square-foot building, bringing the facility up to current code, life safety requirements, and modern operational standards. It included extensive repairs, reconfigurations, and modernization efforts, ensuring the building’s compliance with the latest accessibility standards. From structural repairs like spalling on exterior CMU walls to the enhancement of walkways and handrails, every aspect of the building’s superstructure and exterior enclosure received careful attention.

The electrical scope encompassed the repair and replacement of the switchboard, interior distribution transformers, and panel-boards. Lighting was upgraded to energy-efficient LED fixtures, contributing to sustainability goals. Our electrical work extended to upgrading site utilities, involving the installation of a 300 KVA pad mount transformer and the meticulous execution of all medium voltage terminations.
