The EMTS Boat Dock Esplanade project involved improvements to an existing waterfront area in San Diego, transforming approximately one acre into a public-access esplanade with new walkways, site furnishings, and landscaped areas. The project also included accessibility upgrades such as curb ramps, sidewalks, and parking improvements.

Cacy Electric provided electrical scope supporting the site improvements, including installation of new site lighting and associated underground infrastructure. Work was coordinated with civil and landscape elements to deliver a clean, functional electrical system for a small-scale public improvement project.
