The Naranca project centered around the creation of foundational support for modular buildings, expertly blending various construction disciplines. Activities ranged from concrete foundation preparation, which involved excavation, footings, gopher slurry application, rebar positioning, and the crafting of concrete stem walls and pedestals. On top of these foundational tasks, finish work associated with the modular buildings was also undertaken. This encompassed the integration of utilities, plastering, painting, and tiling.

From an electrical standpoint, the project was characterized by its intricacies and depth. A standout feature of the electrical domain was the meticulous installation of underground feeders. This not only provided the requisite power supply to the modular structures but also ensured a safe and sustainable electrical infrastructure for the entire project.
