The Ethos Vet Urgent Care Facility project marked the transformation of a combined 2,583 square feet of space, previously housing a vacant office and a dry cleaner, into a state-of-the-art veterinary urgent care clinic. This comprehensive tenant improvement project required meticulous planning and execution, focusing on creating a facility equipped to provide high-quality care for pets in urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.

Our role encompassed a broad range of responsibilities. The project demanded a thorough overhaul of the electrical infrastructure to support the clinic’s advanced medical equipment, including point-of-care ultrasound, an in-house lab, and digital radiography systems. We installed new electrical panels and ensured the proper functioning of lighting systems, all while adhering to the specific needs of a veterinary medical environment.
