The 3090 Polk project is a new ground-up mixed-use development located in San Diego’s North Park area, consisting of over 130 residential units above ground-floor commercial space. The multi-story structure was designed as a fully modern residential community with integrated amenities, requiring coordinated electrical systems across residential, common areas, and tenant spaces.
Cacy Electric provided a complete electrical installation for the project, including power distribution, lighting systems, and infrastructure supporting both residential units and commercial spaces. Our scope included installation of multiple panelboards, feeders, and branch circuitry throughout, as well as energy code-compliant lighting and lighting control systems in accordance with Title 24 requirements. The project also involved coordination with mechanical systems, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems to deliver a fully integrated and code-compliant electrical system for a multi-story mixed-use development.
